I recharged wrong number of airtel through Amazon app and called airtel to get any help on it, they are denying to help on this. They telling that if you’re recharged with airtel app we have options for you to refund if your recharged from third party we cannot do anything. I have the operator reference number too. But airtel customer care persons not even listening to it. Please help me to cancel that recharge.
