I SIDDHARTH had paid by dues of PAYTM POSTPAID on 7th August 2022 i.e the due date,but it hasn’t been issued by them.Once the day passed I start getting calls to clear my dues,so I had told the transaction I’d and after some time they said it has been updated in their system.A query from customer care,they said it has been updated in their system and after that I didn’t received any calls.So it was clear to me that the dues was now cleared.Recently I received call from collection agency to clear my dues,which was previously marked as cleared.Hearing this I again went for customer care to confirm what was the real problem.upon hearing nothing,I asked the agency to clear my dues,after which I had cleared the amount I had asked them as waiver atleast to stop the collection agency.The collection agency had already said they will waiver in a week as it’s a long process.Understanding their stance I waited for the waiver.The very next day I saw the entry in Experian as suit filed,wilful defaulter,settled in Aditya Birla (they provided lending of PAYTM POSTPAID).After which I ASAP mailed Paytm postpaid,ADITYA BIRLA and Experian about the dues I had paid and also about the previous issue.So now I am a wilful defaulter with suit failed in settlement status where I had already tried clearing this previously through their customer care service,which now ruins my finance credit.
I would request them to remove the black mark they have put on me.
