Dear Sir,
Today, I have made twice Recharge made for Rs.163/= for a friend jio hand set which was non jio hand set. Recharge made for sim no. 7021605963. Total amount required to be refunded Rs.326/=
I have also spoke to your customer care department they advise me to put you an email. My complaint reference number to them Ref no. is MR0000F1BIFX.
1. Bank reference no is BR0004LJ1NJ0 and Transaction reference no is. 401029393679 for Rs.163/=.
2.Bank reference no is BR0004LJ5U29 and Transaction id : 301041918884 for Rs. 163/=
Kindly arrange to refund these total amount of Rs.326/= (Rs.163+Rs.163)
I have again recharge for the same sim with your proper plan of Rs.555/=., having reference no: 2937020799. Made recharge through Amazon. ( This is fyi)
Pl arrange to refund Rs.326/= (Rs.163+Rs.163), as this plan was not applicable to me which later your customer care department informed me.
