i was sleeping at my home at midnight i received message that 45 rs debited from bharudi toll plaza..my car was in landmark honda premises near my house and it was in service..i was worried as it iwas sunday..i thought may be some person would have gone outside ..so i called authorities at midnight..asked them to send videos of my car instantly..even i called paytm customer call and had chat cand call ..and in morning i saw that car was inside the premises.so whole staff had wasted time energy in this bogus message by paytm …so much negligence by paytm..i didnt receive the refund also
