Today morning i have wrongly made my jio fiber Number 1203520348 by 1499+gst instead of 399+gst. With in 5 min i have contacted to jio fiber customer care, and they replied we have no option to cancel this recharge and give me advice to take care in future while recharging. I have done so many request but they simply answered sorry we can’t.
Now I want to file the complaint against jio fiber for not cancel recharge nd refund my money.
Also not the connection is in the name of Mrs. Neetu Negi (my bhabhi) and registered number in jio fiber 9873502618 belongs to her only.
