I have placed an order for 4 Lenovo tablet in amazon app on 23rd July 2022 but received a keyboard on 28th July 2022. I have been trying to get a solution but in vain.
Kindly refer attached photo of the wrongly delivered item. Unpacking video can also be shared if required, as entire scene was captured in CCTV.
Seller was a Amazon fulfilled seller, so I really wonder how could such a mishap can happen.
My calls to customer care also didn’t yield any result.
I request you to kindly resolve it immediately and refund my money
