On 16th July with my existing Tata play pack I am asking to add an binge combo of Netflix. The representative told me that after recharging 255/- more I can get the Netflix combo offer with my existing pack where I have clearly mentioned in my existing pack there has Sports package, English Movies Package and kids package, but they have given me a separate package and all my existing packages charged with an extra money… I want the whole money back with the replacement of my existing pack.
