My DTH connection number is 3017257835.
Compliments Subject :-
Wrongly deducted 90/- Rs. On dated 5th Feb, 2019 where I have balance on 212/- ( Reference number 85712826)
Daily 5 Rs. Deducted on my DTH balance where as TV is not open…
Customer Executive is false information to me send SMS HR to 54325 for active your TV. Also they are put on hold & disconnect the number.
I am one of your Customer since 2014 & pay regularly recharge. I am very much disappoint your services regarding your Customer services & unethically deducted my DTH balance.
Request you to please refund my 90 Rs. & 15 rs. (5*3 days) for not using your services due to stooping my services for technical issue.
