An amount of 299 and 399 have been charged wrongly as we have not applied any kind of mandate with Amazon and its been debited twice.we have blocked our card .
I am pasting the debit msg received from Bank post this amount is debited.
The sms received is as under:
Auto Pay of INR 399.00 for AMAZON INDIA CYBS SI has been processed on your Axis Bank Card no. XX5617. Manage Auto Pay with ID lrSmth via https://www.sihub.in/managesi/axisbank. T&C apply.
Same 299 was also debited.
Please we wish to seek a refund as we have not dont any auto debit mandate and we are wrongly charged.i also have a statement proof .
