-yself pramod agarwal using airtel mobile number 9830820585 using airtel more than 1 year. in the billing period 23/03/2020 to 22/04/2020 a international SMS charges of Rs.590/- has been wrongly charged which was not done by me and/or my family member (I have family plan of Rs.799/-).
In this regard i had complaint to airtel company over phone at the time they call me for feed back and also complaint by their mobile app by ref number 2932477696363 dt-24/04/2020 and the complaint was suppose to close by 30/04/2020 instead to close my grievance suddenly the complaint is not shown in my mobile with out resolve.
the same complaint was also mentioned in feedback SMS number 51023 dt-16/05/2020.
now airtel not resolve my complaint they mail /SMS me to pay the due charges otherwise out going calls & data services get disconnected.
requesting to please look look into the matter & resolve my problem & waive the SMS charges which was wrongly levied…
