Dear Sir,
Regretfully want to bring to your kind notice that my number (********685), is charged for incoming calls during my stay abroad. I don’t use this number and it is used only for receiving OTPs via msg. The bill charged is 5190 for cycle of 15 May to 15th June.
I spoke to the customer care (it took me more than 24 Hrs to reach them) and they shared the call records and when I compared it with my phone log, there was no such calls I received. Shockingly, the customer care refused to log my formal complaint.
Few concerns which as customer I have
- All the calls are from Vodafone toll customer center (if by mistake I’m attending the calls, why I’m doing mistake only for those particular numbers)
- All lasted for 5 mins (it mostly technical slag –I PAID FOR IT)
- What is the issue in logging my formal complaint?
Action requested
- Refund of the amount
- Reason why only particular number is attended and for exactly 5 Mins
