Text of Complaint by Veena Das:

I have moved to the USA and requested Idea Cellular to cancel my connection through email as their customer care Number doesn’t work from the USA and I have been wrongly charged by them even after their confirmation that it’s disconnected. I requested on 7th Jan, 2020 and after sending them reminders they cancelled it on 17th jan, 2020. And they sent me a bill from 4th Jan to 4th Feb, 2020 whereas I should be charged on pro rata from 4th to 7th Jan, 2020. They are harassing me through calls and emails even after me informing them so many times.
