I have a Tata Sky DTH connection.
Earlier I had a connection for Fire stick as well. But later on we disconnected the subscription to the Fire Stick.
I renewed my account on 14th January 2022 for Tata Sky DTH services. A few days later amount was deducted from my account towards the subscription of Fire Stick whose services I had stopped earlier.
On complaining to the customer care I was informed that they have received a request for activation for Fire Stick which we never did.
Further they informed us some mobile number which was not our mobile number who had sent a request for activation.
I would request you to resolve the matter and get me a refund of the wrongly charged charges and get my account activated ASAP
