I have been using airtel for 2 years now …i have 2 nos , though i dont those numbers …m staying out of country still I’m paying full rental for both number,i have requested many times to reduce the plan but they didnt thats okay still.. but every month theyare charging something extra and i have to mail them ,,but this time they charges roaming pack without sending confirmation to me and i didnt activate anything , i have sent several mail to 121@in.airtel.com but ow they are not replying and they send me for discontiniuation of my connections , just they know i need those numbers , so i had to pay full amount ..
this is time i will go and port those numbers ,airtel charges wrongly earlier i faced same issue .
