Have ordered a mobile from Flipkart app with exchange offer.
Flipkart delivery executive deducted the value of old mobile without any reason below is points

* Delevary excutive asked me the Box and charger which is not informed earlier at the time of order.
* He considered body dent however no body dent seen by brother and I have asked share updated quotation which is not shared with me.
* Delevary excutive has collected as a cash (1400rs ) which is not mentioned invoice.
*Now Flipkart is claiming that they haven’t taken my old mobile phone however delivery executive has picked up my old mobile phone any criminal activity will happen to use old mobile phone then Flipkart will be responsible for that.
* As per invoice Flipkart has not reduced the value of my old mobile phone however delivery executive has collected as cash 1400rs
Flipkart is not ready to help me on this please help this may lead in criminal activity in future.
