This is regarding wrongly cancellation charges of rupees 150/- was mentioned by ola cab in my August month bill.
Meantime driver had cancelled and refused to go for outstation booking on June 22, 2022 around 07 PM.
I also refer that I had received a call from ola representative and i requested him to correct my bill then only I would be able to pay rest of the amount. but yet not corrected.
Now 50 rupees late payment fee imposed on my current bill twice and they send me a bill of 392/-
I am receiving multiple call and message from different no and they are harassing me continuously.
Once again i request you to send me correct bill after removing 150 + 50 + 50 = 250 rupees from my account so that I would be able to pay rest of the amount soon possible.
