Respected sir,
sir I was using airtel services from more than 10 years
Recently I was in one airtel plan and in the month of January I wanted to port my services from airtel to some other services and it was for two postpaid connections and one Xstream box so I paid the total bill and sent a porting request to airtel and I got porting code also after some time ,I got a call from airtel service team and they requested me to not to port from airtel and give better services so again I canceled my port request and stayed back to the same service but they told me to go to same one airtel plan 899₹ but I was charged extra keeping the connections separately and charged me for both the numbers previously I was in add on connections for both the numbers and one airtel plan the airtel service team promised me that the same plan would be activated but they did not do what they said and I was charged for both the numbers separately
