Sir,
I have converted my airtel fiber from postpaid to prepaid on 8 Aug through airtel customer service. the customer support executive told me that I have to pay all my dues till date so I paid all my dues till 8 Aug 2023. After that customer support executive converted my postpaid fiber into prepaid fiber.
My Concerns :-
1. Why was the bill generated for fiber after 8 Aug. 2023
2. Please Find Attachment of bill for fiber it clearly mentioned on page no. 3

Total 25 days The calculation is as follows.
999*25/31 = 805.64 Rs.
GST @ 18% = 805.64*18% = 145.02
Total = 805.64+145.02 = 950.67 Rs.
This bill is completely wrong because I cancelled and paid all my dues till 8 aug 2023 this bill generated after my fiber converted into prepaid so that cancel this bill as soon as possible.
3. After 8 Aug. 2023 I have never recharge for my broadband. Why is my broadband still active because it’s now prepaid fiber It’s only active when I recharge it..
4. After 5-6 calls with customer care everyday I talked with them and I told them why the broadband is still running. I hadn’t recharged.
5. Everyday I see my airtel thanks app. It shows that the broadband plan expires today. Why didn’t it expire.?
Its all airtel system technical fault. So I request you to cancel my bill and fix this issue as soon as possible.
