Dear all Team members
Without any information and confirmation, Vodafone are not authorized to change my plan. So please convert it into my original plan 199.
I am not interested in any plan and any extra services or GB you provided by Vodafone .
Vodafone Customers care had comitted me that INR 99 is for your card continuation fees and INR 149 is your international roaming free with 50 sms only applicable. ( personally I meet vodkas care office at Gurukul office and opp torrent power Naranpura Ahmedabad before leaving India)
Even though Vodafone have apply and increase and increase and incrase from 99 to 199 than 299 than now 399 without my any confirmation all the times. This is wrong and fraudulent activity.
I am interested to get 50 international roaming free sms only and for this consignment, I am paying INR 149.
Please immidaitly convert my original plan. 199 + 149 international roaming free sms
N.B. International users are not continue their mobile sim switch on all the time, so information via sms isn’t important for them, so all communication should done and reflects on their e-mail address.
