Sir,
I Rajnish kumar residence of vill +po+ps-Bind,Dist-Nalanda,Bihar-803107 have an account with dhani app which is supported by indiabulls.my registered mob no in this apps is 7002180621. I have use this app for about 6 months and above and paid his dues regularly.
But on 09/01/2022 I have paid Rs-235 as a subscription fee for upgrade our wallet as Rs -10000 but after paying massege come to your wallet will be upgraded from
08/02/2022 .after payment I fell cheated by dhani due to not upgraded my wallet.
Due to this I have not payment my principal due of Rs-387 and request to grievance department of dhani apps for adjust subscription fee amt in my principal due and rest amt I will pay.
After that each month’s subscription fee is added in my total dues which is not chosen by me.
After regular mail and follow up grievance team has replied on 1 may 2022 that your loan account stand close in our records as on date .but while we checked on apps it is still showing outstanding.
We have again mailed to this team but no reply received till date and daily calls and messages received from dhani for paying dues amount.
Due to wrongly amt charged by dhani my cibil score is decrease regularly. Due to this I am unable to take financial assistance from any bank.
So I request you justice with me. I have attached screenshot of mail which is sending/received from dhani.
As per mail received from dhani my loan account no is CL21895556 while I am not signed any agreement in any loan in dhani app.
