Text of Complaint by Somen Karmakar:

I am Somen Karmakar using Airtel Digital TV connections for the last 10 years.

I’d no : 3004314686 ( Connections 1 and Connection 2)

Mob : 9831094747

Firstly note I have requested to complete suspend my connection1 in the month March 2020.I dont know the status but in my Airtel thanks app it is still showing.

 

Please note on 31st May 2020 I have recharge my 2nd connections from Airtel thanks app for a amount of Rs 410.But my monthly recharge amount is less than Rs 400.

But after recharge it is showing the validity us till 16th June 2020 which is absolutely wrong.

So I have tried to connect Airtel customer care but it is not responding correctly.

In this way they are charging more on a per day basis.

This type of problem I have faced previous also.

Please take a action immediately and do the needful asap.
