Even after multiple mails to complain about wrongful subscription charges, I am getting SMSs/WhatsApp messages and now, subscription is processed. Submitted numerous complaints for addressing, but Airtel is unable to resolve it and my complaints are getting closed as “resolved”. Not sure, what kind of services or tracking system they have?
Calls from them after raising the complaints get disconnected after 2 rings, as if they are just doing formalities because it reflects from their responses that it is not possible for them to handle!
Tried to be reasonable, but it seems they are not bothered to look into my grievances and purposefully harassing me for complaining. It is really frustrating to keep getting the SMSs/WhatsApp messages on a daily basis for something that is not due. After trying so hard to get it resolved amicably, what I got was mental stress and harassments.
Below is the SMS message and WhatsApp message that I got today. Am worried, if it gets charged as it says, hence would like your intervention in resolving the issue and compensate me for all this ordeal –
“Hi, Amazon Prime subscription with your Airtel Xstream Fiber 040101420655_ap got renewed on 12-Aug-23 . You’ll be charged Rs 1499/12 months in your next bill. If you wish to unsubscribe, click www.airtel.in/5/airtelthanks”
