I applied for Dhani rupay card in February 2021. I was being told that the card is available for 1 Time subscription fees of rs 499 with limit of 25000. I paid that fees in the month of February as required but didn’t used the card even for a single time.
Now yesterday I got a call from the person of Dhani stating that you have to pay the dues amounting to Rs. 5170 which is monthly subscription fees of rs.499 for the last 1 year.
My card details and payment due details are attached below. Now the Dhani people are forcing to pay the total dues or else that might effect my CIBIL score.
They gave me wrong information about the monthly subscription fees and now they are forcing me to pay the amount due and are not ready to cancel my card.
