This is an app called money tap when I applied the loan for 2.25 lakhs before my disbursal i received only 1.9lakhs this is about 2 years ago.
Since then I’ve been paying the bank and since a past few months due to some difficulty I’ve been delaying the payment even after me paying them 2years of my term.
Now they have started sending me threatening WhatsApp messages stating that they have my contact list and they will start contacting all my contact list.
Recently my contact list have been getting calls from the company and threatening them with wrong things.
I request you to take action on Tap Start Capital aka Money Tap app regarding my problem and the breach of trust and wrongfully downloading my contact list without my consent.
I would like for you to take strict action against this as soon as possible.
