My mobile number was wrongfully terminated. I recharged the international roaming pack on 20th Feb 2025, but the number was terminated in May 2025 before 90 days. I am checking with them, they are asking me to physically present in my home state, which is Karnataka, to activate the number. I stay in Australia, this mobile number I am using from the last 15 years. I do not want to lose this number. Even I am ok to keep the number on hold till this December, I will activate the number by that time or activate it as soon as possible as it is mistake at Jio’s end.
