Sir,
From few months I am receiving messages from idea stating that if i didn’t recharge of rs 35 then my all services will expire.And after some period of time they stop all incoming and outgoing services on my phone number so forcefully I had to recharge to start all my services again.Then after a month or two again I got a message from idea stating the same and they had already suspended my outgoing calling and warning me if I will no recharge of rs 35 by 26/01/19 they will stop my incoming calls also.Idea is behaving like a telecom mafia forcing its customer to give them 35rs once in every one or two month.So I request you to take some action against this issue not for me but for all the millions of idea customer suffering from this kind of extortion.
