Text of Complaint by Aman Gamot:

Had booked an OYO room on 06/07/22 on call with the reservation desk and paid the full amount for the hotel through UPI to OYO and when reached the hotel, they had no rooms available. Have been asking for refund since that time and have just been fooled and scammed by the OYO team. Please look into this as it could turn out to be a full fledged scam.
