Text of Complaint by Jayakumar:

I had registered request online for temporary disconnection of my primary connection (from June 5th – August 18th) on 20th May 2019 (see attached) and then confirmed over phone with Customer Support on June 4th.  But I have been charged Rs.895 for June 2019 although the service was not functional.

I had complained over chat and many emails over this wrongful charges (Ref: Service Request  No.:1KHCK86Y: Re:  Service Request  No.: 1KF41RAS: & 1JT456V4;  My Tata Sky ID 1171297821).  I still have not received any resolution to my grievance.
