My Vi number is 7057325003. On 6th february 2022, at 9:45 A.M, an amount of Rs. 15 was deducted from my main balance. This is wrongful balance deduction.
As per TRAI regulations any telecom service provider can not deduct balance without reason and without consent of the customer.
I request you to process the refund immediately.
