Nov Digital Entertainment pvt ltd debited Rs. 1099. This amount was not approved by me, and even when it was informed that such amount is going to be deducted, I was not given the option to cancel or pause autopay. The amount was directly deducted and only after such deduction option to cancel autopay occurred. Please help me get a refund
