Respected Sir,
I am using Airtel Broadband fibre plan of Rs 1499/- (excluding 18% GST) which should add up to Rs 1769/-.
But my bill for cycle 08 March to 07 April 2020 is showing. Rs 2542/-
In this bill… Rs 999/- has been included by Airtel as THIRD PARTY CONTENT CHARGES… which was never shown in plan information as chargeable. Any third party contents are being sold as “BENIFIT” in their plan.
This is complete MISSELLING OF PRODUCT.
I HAVE NEVER ASKED FOR ANY THIRD PARTY CONTENT. PLEASE CORRECT MY BILL BEFORE MY DUE DATE OF PAYMENT I.e. 28 April 2020.
I tried many times to contact Airtel call centre but they only generate pre recorded voice and never any real person becomes available to address our woes.
Kindly do the needful to correct my bill as per selected plan and please put a stop on this cheating through wrongful bills .
I am paying above bill “under protest ” . Plz direct Airtel Broadband to refund excess amount of Rs .999/- ( being charged as 3rd party content).
I am attachig the bill of the period 08 March to 07 April 2020.
