I courier watch (MAXIMA PRO X6) to Maxima office at Dharampur solan HP.
They called me as they dont have MAXIMA PRO X6 in stock so they convinced me to take MAXIMA PRO TURBO2 .
I get review and gave confirmation that I am ok with Maxima PRO TURBY2 ,and send me as early as possible,I gave confirmation on call 10th of June 2023 at 4-5clock in evening.
Mean while on Sunday I purchased new MAXIMA PRO X6 .
On Saturday they send me watch But that watch supposed to be MAXIMA TURBO 2 but I received MAXIMA PRO X6.
Because of they not handled case carefully,without information, they send wrong watch.
So please Take this watch back and send new Turbo2 on my address.
Your sent watch I didn’t opened yet.
Please consider whole case and resolve it as early as possible possible.
