i was given a plan of 799+taxes. i should be getting a bill of 940. but since 2 months i am receiving a bill of 1180 and then 1300. i have confirmed with their customer care executives that i am on a plan of 799 and i am wrongly being charged. but till now i have not received any waiver nor any acknowledgement from their side. i am feeling cheated by them. what to do?
