Hello.
This is escalation regarding the order
Order ID – OD427622843074194100
Lava 3GB -32 GB delivered on 24 March.
I have received wrong variant of product, instead of 3GB 32 GB variant, I have received 2GB -16 GB variant.
I am not able to place return request as it’s giving me Open Box delivery, but during open box delivery Wish Master just checked whether the device is in right condition and contains all required accessories. Functional performance is not part of this check
Variant of the device was revealed after booting the device in MY Phone section.
I have been trying to connect with customer support team Friday 24 March and explain them the issues but nobody provided any concrete response.
Return window is valid till 31 March and I need to get this variant replaced with one which I had ordered.
It’s surprising that customer care executive are suggesting me to keep the wrong variant, this is again business ethics and customer support kRA.
Request you to please look into this issue urgently and provide a viable resolution.
