Text of Complaint by Alok:

I received a message from IDEA that my outgoing validity is expiring on 12 December . When I bought sim card I was assured life time validity. Now they are threatening me that if I don’t recharge with unlimited pack or combo pack outgoing service will disconnect. this is clearly exploitation . Why I recharge when I clearly have balance. At least first explain why should I recharge.
