I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue with my recent order 23380 order placed on https://brandclothing.myshopline.com/ for 4 nos of Linen shirts @ 1198/-, which was delivered on 08-08-2023. Unfortunately, I received the wrong items as used cloths.
I had ordered a total of four linen shirts as per my order details, however, I received only used dirty cloths in the package.
I kindly request your prompt assistance in resolving this matter. I would appreciate it if you could arrange for the following:
1) Replacement: Kindly send the correct items, which include four high-quality linen shirts as originally ordered. Please ensure that the replacement items are of the expected standard and quality
2) Refund: If arranging for a replacement is not feasible, I request a full refund for the cost of the shirts and any associated shipping fees. It is important to me that this matter is resolved in a fair and efficient manner
I have attached a copy of my order confirmation for your reference. Please review the details and take the necessary steps to rectify this situation. I rely on Amazon for its exceptional customer service and trust that you will take immediate action to ensure my satisfaction.
