I have taken loan from dhani via there mobile app. of Rs. 20000/- in 2020. My account was to be debited with Rs. 1119/ per month as EMI from my bank account. But the amount deducted was Rs. 1172/ most of the months. I have always paid my EMIs on time and also paid an extra amount in May 2021 because of Dhani’s technical glitch. For that I also paid fine. Besides I recevied sms of appointing an advocate and filing a FIR against me for non payment of EMIs. Other then that I have raken a credit line of Rs. 2000/ for that EMI of Rs. 53/ was to be deducted from my account every month. The lender took more then Rs.5000/- from my bank account as fine. I have emailed numereous times to india bulls but they never able to answer me regarding this.
