This has been a issue for a long time but it didn’t concern me because earlier it was a minor one but now it has gone to another level. The thing is , Iam not getting the promised data of 1.50GB as per the amount of Rs.249/- I paid. Before it used to give me notification alert of 100% data usage even though I had only used 1.35GB out of 1.50GB daily data limit. But now I am getting a notification of 100% data usage when I have only used 1.15GB of my daily data. That’s huge for me. On top of that, when I try to contact you(Airtel) through an Airtel executive I don’t even get to talk to one. On research I found out you(Airtel) people don’t give the facility or preference to prepaid users. Iam disappointed. Now I’ve decided to take up another network ASAP. Never coming back to you.
