Hello,

I have taken a broadband connection of airtel last week. The executive Pritam Banerjee was told multiple times that the connection should be taken by my name i.e Prienka Bakshi because it will be used for disbursement for official purpose. Despite of that he made a mistake and put the broadband connection name as Prasanta bakshi. Now when we are trying to call Pritam, he is not picking up phone and ignoring and airtel is saying remove and reinstall connection and follow the same process. This is causing waste of time, be-fooling the customer and harassing the customer.
