I purchased Wizpad tablet from Book my tab website on 13/08/20 . The payment ( 3999 rupees) was deducted from my bank account via UPI but I was not given any order number. I didn’t receive the product i ordered. On 28/8/20 a package was delivered . It contained a used old damage tablet of different company The package had datawind UBI slate 2012 model which i never ordered and the product too seemed to be used infact (it had a name written on it with marker too) When i tried contacting the company bookmytab they denied sending it and said the order no on the package delivered is wrong.
I contacted bluedart couriers they gave me the details of people who sent their address KX retails Mayapuri Delhi and a phone number Which doesn’t exist.
