An order was placed with Amezon on 01.03.2022. by my nephew Mr.Mandar Malekar on 01.03.2022
for Dell Laptop. The details are as under:

a parcel packet was received which was opened at about at about 10.00 pm and shock to see that a different
Laptop was placed in the box of hp
I.e. SAMSUNG make. The appearance of the same look shabby without the sign of new product. The same laptop was placed very without any internal
Wrapper or packing. We all were surprised that such types things happening in AMAZON.
A complaint has already been lodged in this regards on same night at about 10.30 pm official with the
official but no step has yet been taken by it.
It was our mistake that instead of placing an order directly we have placed with Amazon.
You are requested to solve the problem immediately and send the proper new brand product immediately for which we have paid huge amount of its cost.
I suggest you to depute your local representative to discuss the matter
