I had ordered on flipkart jockey men brief of size 90-95 cm but i had received the size of 100-105 cm so i requested more than 5 times with different executives who had called me but everybody had same reply that this product had no return policy so we can’t return or exchange it. But problem was from their side, they had delivered me wrong size product which i can’t use then why it will not exchange that why i am asking. If there is a problem from my side then i will not ask them anything. Now 1,000/- rupees is waste for me. I am a customer of flipkart since 12 years but never seen this type of service. I am totally harassed this time. Kindly help me sir.
