I ordered a medium size polo but the seller gave me a large size which is why I can’t use something I paid for since it looks bad on me as it is oversized.

I ordered a 2XL size dress but the seller gave me a smaller size which I can’t use. Why was I obliged to pay for something since it looks bad on me, moreover I can’t wear it at all. The quantity of sewing is low.
