I ordered shoes from Flipkart of Sketchers….and i received wrong size and style. I asked them for return thay are not returning it in the name of open box delivery. Whilst I wasn’t informed if it was an open box delivery. They cheat the consumers and the delivery guy misbehaved with my wife and I strictly want an action against this. Kindly get my shoes replaced or an FIR will be filed from my end and I won’t hesitate taking the matter to the consumer court.
