I have ordered 5 jeans. I received 3 jeans with lengths 27,28,29 which doesn’t suit me. Other 2 jeans have length of 32 which suits me. Hence raised request for return for 3 jeans. Ajio never attempted pick up shows fake attempts by grab and shipc doesn’t even update. Its been a month, I have followed up with Ajio customer care team. 7 times through phone, thrice through chat and 3 times through email to only hear everytime it will be resolved in 2 days and nothing happens.
