Text of Complaint by Ashwini Awatare:

I requested to replace my SIM but VI store employee said SIM cant be activated in prepaid, where as I called customer care and confirmed that SIM Is activated in prepaid. but as VI store employee took 300 Rs from us and handed us wrong SIM, reported wrong SIM number to their headquarter. Now to avoid our complaint she raised request of porting out by misusing us. as we did not got our read correct SIM. same was with her. please help us as she intended to misuse my sim.
