I have done porting of My VI service provider to Airtel, Borivali West store on 10th May, 2023. I received the SIM card & which will be activated on 12th May, 2023 – 10.30pm.
On 12th May, I was replace the SIM there is no network, I was keep trying on 13th May as well. After doing too many try I visited AIRTEL store, at that time I come to know that I received the wrong SIM card & they lost my original SIM card & even they are not ready accept the mistake. From 13th May onwards, I was tying to connect with AIRTEL team, but still not received any positive replay. I have send a email to Airtel Customer service team, Appellate authority & Nodal officer to solve the same, but they has send a standard email reply that you issues will be solved in 24/48 hrs but I have not received any reply.
I am a working procession, due to network issue I was unable to use my banking & due to which i lost some business as well, but unable to connect with AIRTEL Team.
