Summary of Dealing with Ajio Issue:

Order ID: FN8134404213
Product Ordered: Under Armour Women’s Hovr Sonic 6 Running Shoes, size 9.5

Initial Wrong Product Delivery:

I ordered Under Armour Women’s Hovr Sonic 6 Running Shoes, size 9.5 from Ajio.
Instead, Ajio sent a pair of size UK 10 White Nike Max Air shoes, which was clearly the wrong product.
Initiated Return:

Ipromptly filed a return request with Ajio for the incorrect product.
Ajio arranged for the collection of the wrongly delivered Nike shoes.
Refund Denial:

Ajio sent an email stating that I had returned “non Ajio shoes” and thus, no refund could be provided.
Contacting Grievances Department:

I contacted Ajio’s grievances department to explain the situation and seek resolution.
Ongoing Issue:

I still have the wrong product (Nike Max Air shoes) in her possession and has not received the correct item (Under Armour Women’s Hovr Sonic 6 Running Shoes, size 9.5).
Requested Full Refund:

I have requested a full refund from Ajio due to the continued inconvenience and the fact that I have not received the product I ordered.
Recent Email from Ajio:

The latest email from Ajio acknowledges my concern and refers to complaint ID COM00064725945.
Ajio claims to have received “non Ajio product” at their warehouse and confirmed that it is not the product they initially shipped.
Ajio apologizes but states that no exception can be given.

The issue at hand involves a clear mistake on Ajio’s part, where they delivered the wrong product initially. I have taken appropriate steps to address the issue and provide evidence of the mistake. However, Ajio’s response so far has been unsatisfactory, and the matter requires urgent attention and resolution to ensure customer satisfaction. I have requested a full refund in light of the ongoing inconvenience and the fact that I still possess the incorrect product.
