I have purchased dining table from home town. basis on my purchase they have sent message of flat 70% on tableware.when I went for purchase store is not aware about the scheme and not even there call center. No one can respond to me and even the call center is not raised the SR of my concern and told we have not sent any SMS. All communication is in front of store manager.
When I have tweet on Saturday 17aug.on a very next I got a different scheme. SMS screen shot attached for your reference.
I have tweet to Kishore biyani and there company I’d but they are not entertain the request and sent the template message.
One of the employee called me that we will have you rs 1000 ka GV. My request to penalize the company who are communicated wrong scheme in the market and not bother about the customer pain.
Pls help to penalize the company and provide maximum benefits to the consumer so that they will not make other customer fool.
