Kalyani silks delivered a wrong saree, not matching the website image. I referred to their return policy and did the needful: wrote an email to kalyanisilks.contact@gmail.com and also sent details on whatsapp number +91 81287 45749 immediately. Policy says within 7 days. No email response for more than 2 weeks. On whatsapp I keep getting the same chatbot response:
“Your request is processed !!
But recently we got confirmation from Shiprocket courier company, we sent the same product but the issue is there courier company. First of all, we apologize for the delay in reply due to COVID-19. Your queries will be resolved as soon as possible, please give us 2-3 weeks for your return queries, we are processing your return request and connecting with the courier company”
There is no way to write their feedback in public. No location on Google to write, written feedback against product is not visible. All fake feedbacks. Kindly help
